I ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for illness or absence for all 1:1 bookings.

Lessons Cancelled under 24 hours // FULL CHARGE

Lessons Cancelled under 48 hours // 50% fee applies

Please note that as I am a working singer, I politely request that you let me know as soon as possible if you are unwell so that we can Zoom/FaceTime as an alternative. 

For Online Lessons:

For Workshops:

Workshops are prepaid in advance and due to limited availability on these courses, the refund policy is strict.

Cancellation of attendance of 7 days or less // FULL CHARGE

Cancellation of attendance of 14 days or less // 50% course fee applies

For Bespoke Bookings:

Bespoke Bookings are prepared in advance according to your office requirements. If you need to cancel or postpone, please offer us as much notice as possible.

Cancellation of event of 7 days or less // FULL CHARGE

Cancellation of event of 14 days or less // 50% fee applies

Postponement of event of 7 days or less // 50% fee applies

Postponement of event 14 days or less // 25% fee applies
